Our company was founded in 2006 and is one of the largest real estate brokerage companies in Iraq and Kurdistan. We started our activity in the real estate field with one office. Our slogan from the beginning has been (honesty, integrity, loyalty). Prior to entering real estate, we worked in the textile trade for 36 years.
Today, we have 50 branches across Erbil, Sulaymaniyah, Baghdad, Kalar, and Kirkuk, and continue to expand. We also operate internationally in countries such as Turkey, various European countries, and Arab countries including Dubai and Jordan. We act as a real estate agent in the sale and rental of properties across all real estate sectors. Our team includes more than 80 experienced real estate professionals who work with sincerity, efficiency, maximum energy, and confidence.
Every six months, we hold a press conference reviewing and comparing price ratios from the past six months. For years, we have been informing citizens by publishing prices in over 200 neighborhoods of the city of Erbil—from the lowest to the highest prices—as well as rental rates.
We are the only company in Iraq and Kurdistan to publish this detailed price ratio. We issue the magazine “Real Estate Guide” in Kurdish, Arabic, and English to provide detailed information about neighborhoods across the city and beyond.
All foreign consulates rely on us as a key economic source in the real estate market to obtain information for their countries.
We provide journalists, media channels, and government agencies with accurate data to assist in appraising and valuing government properties.
Our appraisal section includes the head of appraisers along with expert engineers, contractors, and surveyors.
